International Council for University Wisdom

The book series

Where the weekly reading becomes permanent. The series opens with Wisdom Forgotten: 60 Years & 60 Books, planned for January 2027.

Collage: bare trees and warm orange and cream buildings

The problem is not lack of innovation. The problem is amnesia.

Sixty years, sixty books, one continuous conversation about what universities are, what they became and what they might become. Each book appears not as a historical artifact but as living wisdom, read against the questions university leaders face now.

The selection is not offered as the final word. It is the beginning of a conversation, and readers are invited to propose the books it missed.
